Dr. Ge Yang’s proposal, Positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy investigation of vacancy-related defects in room-temperature radiation detector material CdZnTe, has been selected for award using instruments located in the Nuclear Reactor Program / PULSTAR Reactor at the department of Nuclear Engineering in North Carolina State University.
