Mr. William D. Magwood IV, Director-General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), visited NC State last week. Magwood along with Dr. Tatiana Ivanova, Nuclear Science Division Head and Mrs. Aleshia Duncan, Senior Advisor for Multilateral Coordination and Steering Committee Secretary, met with senior university officials, CNEC and CASL officials, visited the PULSTAR research reactor, and gave a lecture on “Nuclear Energy: Where we are, where we are going”.
